SPORTS 2012

In the month of January Annual Sports of NIPS was held at the college ground. The students were divided into four houses- Marigold (Yellow), Tulip (Blue), Carnation (Red) and Orchid (Green). Each House had two house coaches selected amongst the faculties.

Throughout the day the students were engaged in various kinds of activities which included many types of games like, three legged race, 100mt race, relay race, memory race, shot put, musical chair, go as you like etc.

The students were not the only ones who engaged themselves in these games. The faculties and staff were also at par with them. They had games like shot put and kicking the football .

Renowned Footballer Alvito d'Cunha was the chief guest at the annual sports of NIPS.
