Internship and Industrial Placement

NIPS has an active Training & Placement Cell to assist the students in finding Summer/Industrial Training Opportunities.

The placement is coordinated by the placement committee comprising of CEO Placement, Rest of the panel members and Faculty Member.

The placement activities can broadly be categorized into Pre-placement Talk, paid Summer Placement or Internship, Final Industrial Placement.

Regular workshops are being held for enhancing the skill of the students. To name a few, workshops held on Leadership skill, Six Sigma, Entrepreneurship, Life Skills & Gallup Theory.

The Career & Placement Office organizes on campus interviews. Representatives from leading companies visits NIPS campus and make presentations about the benefits of working for their organizations. It is followed by interview sessions for interested students to ascertain “best fit” between student and company personalities.
