There is an old saying ‘All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy’. Keeping this in mind the project called X-Factor came into practice. It is the brainchild of our dynamic Director Mr. Vivek Pathak, who had a vision that students of NIPS should excel in all aspects of life in addition to academics to become successful professionals and complete human beings. Today’s industry demands all-rounders and multi tuskers. Divided into groups the students require to perform in competitions ranging from the serious, to the absurd to the hilarious.
